Lisa Cochran, MSN, CNRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their health journey. Her passion is making healthcare more approachable—breaking down complex systems, designing realistic and affordable care plans, and guiding patients toward lasting wellness. She believes care should always be compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Lisa’s background spans primary care, geriatrics, hospice, neuroscience, and telehealth, giving her a unique perspective on the many ways health challenges can impact individuals and families. In every role, she has focused on listening closely, explaining clearly, and creating a space where patients feel both informed and cared for. She also spent time as faculty at Arizona State University’s Edson College of Nursing, mentoring future nurses and sharing her commitment to patient-centered, holistic care.

Certified in neuroscience nursing, wilderness medicine, and family practice, Lisa brings both depth and breadth of knowledge to her work. Whether supporting patients through complex conditions, focusing on prevention, or offering guidance for everyday wellness, she is dedicated to helping people live healthier, more balanced lives.

I believe that health and healing are best achieved when care is personalized, affordable, and approachable. My goal is to meet you where you are, provide clear explanations, and create care plans that feel realistic and achievable. Wellness isn’t just about treating symptoms, it’s about supporting the whole person, building trust, and empowering you with the tools and confidence to take charge of your health.
